As an HR Consultant, I led the end-to-end recruitment strategy for large-scale infrastructure and development project of Coxs Bazar Development Authority (COX DA), ensuring the successful sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding of 24 professionals from 10 different countries. In alignment with the Terms of Reference (ToR) provided by the Bangladesh Army, I conducted comprehensive interviews with over 460 candidates from diverse international talent pools, including the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Turkey, Thailand, Singapore, Portugal, Belgium, Nepal and India. I successfully recruited and onboarded specialized experts in key domains, including:
-Transportation Planning & Modeling (Transportation Planner, Transportation Modeler)
–Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) (PPP Expert)
–Tourism Development & Sustainability (Tourism Expert)
–Climate Resilience & Environmental Planning (Climate Adaptation Expert)
–Infrastructure & Urban Development (Infrastructure Expert)
–Geospatial Analysis & Data Management (GIS & Database Expert)
To optimize outreach and attract high-caliber candidates, I implemented a targeted digital marketing campaign, leveraging social media, professional networks, and global recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Online Jobs, BetterTeam, Careerjet, JobThai, and Indeed. This data-driven recruitment approach significantly expanded our international reach, ensuring the selection of top-tier professionals aligned with the project’s strategic objectives.
