As the project lead, Faiza successfully introduced “Daraz Xpedite”, Campus Ambassador Program of Daraz Bangladesh for the very first time in Daraz Global, where 34 brilliant campus ambassadors were onboarded from 21 different universities across Bangladesh. This program was her brain child, where she collaborated with Affiliation department for creating the core modality, onboarding, payment mechanism, designed the whole program, conducted roadshows in different universities across Bangladesh, & constructed communication with Regional Affiliation team and local finance team for localizing the payment method, creating the guideline & communications, executing them through different sub departments of Marketing, HR, IT & Legal Team.

By Onboarding campus ambassadors from reputed universities, Increased Revenue growth through the program. After launching the program in Daraz Bangladesh, other countries also adopted the concept.
